I'm 41 and I've been married to the same woman for almost 22 years. Yes, I was a teenager when I got married, but I don't recomend it. I tell teens that it's as if I played Russian Roulette and WON! That doesn't make it safe! I also have a 19-yo son and a 11-yo daughter. They are awesome!

I'm a shameless Fundamentalist Christian, which means that a lot of my kind embarass me. I do believe in Christ, His resurrection, and the Bible, but also try to identify with other people who do not believe. I mean, I was like that myself once!

I'm a mere High School graduate, living in Gainesville, FLorida. I flunked out of Junior College whe I decided to quit being a shy person at an inopportune time. In 1977-78 I was president of my class, a disc jockey at the campus radio station, and the Entertainment editor at the Hudsonian. (Don't ask.) I flunked almost everything and lost my NYS Regents Scholarship. Then I married my best friend's fiancee in an attempt to be a total screw up.

What's this got to do with writing? Not much, but it's something I can do at 4am when no one no one else is around.
