Derrick was born in California in 1977; after that the world just stopped making sense. Derrick traveled to many different places -- Germany, Hawaii, and Japan just to name a few. He lives on the East Coast with four cats, a dog, a wife, and a computer.

A horror addict, he is currently working on a screenplay, a novel, and several short stories. He is also attending college in order to get a degree in veterinary medicine.
